The Farmhouse
This mid-18th century farmhouse is set just two miles from the spectacular coast of North Devon.
Situated on the edge of Exmoor, the area offers superb walking, fishing, golf and a sandy beach is only 4 miles away. There are many family attractions nearby, including boat trips from Combe Martin, Wildlife parks, National Trust Homes etc. There is also the riding stables on the same establishment as the farmhouse.

This extremely comfortable house is accessed through the front door and porch and into the reception hall. The sitting room with its atmospheric wood burning stove, large sofas and colour tv, DVD and Sky television, is a cosy relaxing room. There is wireless Internet access available.

Off this is the dining room which leads into the fully equipped kitchen. Stairs from the hall lead to three bedrooms: a family bedroom with double bed, leading through an archway to a single room and ensuite; a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room; and a room consisting of two singles and a set of a bunk beds. Adjacent to this bedroom is a family shower room.
All rooms are very comfortably furnished with Freeview flat screen TVs with DVD in all bedrooms. Outside there is a raised garden area with BBQ and seating and lovely views of the North Devon countryside.

Facilities: 4 Colour Televisions, Sky Television, DVD Player, Electric Oven. Microwave, Fridge, Freezer , Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. Full central heating/electricity/linen (except towels) all included. Well behaved dogs allowed (£25/pet). Ample car parking (entry also available via back door)

Mini Dean

This attractive and cosy self-contained cottage, forms the west wing of the farmhouse. Refurbished to a high standard this studio-style cottage is accessed via the rear courtyard into the fully fitted kitchen/diner. This leads into a large open plan studio room a bedroom area (twin beds) and living area with comfortable chairs and TV. Off this room is a shower room and W/C.


Facilities: Colour TV, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Electric Oven, Oil central heating. All heating/electric/linen included. Pets welcome
